Converge identifies, develops, and backs the people who will build Nigeria's foundational enterprises, at home and across the diaspora.
What began as a gathering of ambitious young Nigerians has become a system for producing founders: convening the best talent, developing the next generation of builders, and funding the companies that will employ and enable millions.
